Advanced Cameras for Welding Monitoring
The weld thermal cameras offer real-time temperature measurements with clear view monitoring of the Welding process. The camera combines 120+ dB High Dynamic Range capability in the Short Wave IR Spectrum providing enhanced imaging of metal joining processes beyond what is visible using standard thermal or visible-light cameras.
SWIR enables camera to cover critical temperature range from 350 – 1500+°C at lower temperature error. SWIR spectrum allows to see through fumes/ smoke and glass.
High dynamic range of more than 120 dB allows the camera to image welding process without saturation and capture heat information around the weld arc.
XIR-1800 camera comes with C mount to configure different optics and can be easily integrated with other weld cameras and hardware such as WeldMic.
Weld Studio Pro comes with key measurement tools, machine vision tools and interfaces to record, monitor and control welding or metal additive processes.
Allows advanced users to create their own applications using Xiris cameras. Available in C++, C# and .NET for Windows & Linux and includes Xiris machine vision tools.
The XIR-1800 thermal cameras are compact in size 40W x 43H x 66L mm without lens and weighs 140gm without lens. Supports maximum cable length of 100 meters.
